SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped by UPS. Normal shipping to most NYS facilities is 2-4 business days. When an order is received, it is usually shipped the next day. Most back orders are filled within a few days.
RETURNS:
Return any item, unused or unopened for any reason for full refund or store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns for exchange must include return shipping charges. Shipping chart is posted on home page. If a package is refused by the facility for any reason, such as transfer, loss of privileges, or anything else a $6.50 charge will apply to cover the cost of return by UPS.
Shipping on orders over $150 is free. If a package that qualified for free shopping is returned because of transfer or loss of privileges, for example, a $10.00 re-shipping fee will apply.
